Strength:     Push-ups; Pull-ups; 1-leg squats; 2-leg squats; oblique twists; abdominal front planks
Speed:         Shuttle runs (30 yds-5x); sprints/Jog; alt. leg hops; agility speed ladder
Mental         "Keep It Simple" - smartest/quickest way to the end result - see the goal
Game:          Hard passes; re-group; be hungry to score; puck support
